Requirements:
- Three (3) years of office management or equivalent experience
- Experience in Towing
- CDL License

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and training dispatchers to provide the best services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, ensuring that all calls are dispatched efficiently and effectively.
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating drivers to provide 24/7/365 towing services and accurate ETAs ensuring all towing requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Responsible for supervising and controlling all calls received, whether they are answered or rejected.
- Vehicle release, Vehicle sales marketing, General reports.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients to create a relationship that encourages patronage and generates revenue. Perform towing as necessary to ensure timely service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Acquire new Towing Contracts.
- Supervise and control the scanning of all invoices daily for subsequent auditing.
- Ensure daily sending of the Daily Log·
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies.
- Submit all required reports.
- Keep control and supervision of the Cash to be sent to Doral.
- Cover the Shift in the absence of the dispatcher.
- Guide and direct the activities of all towing personnel to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day towing operations including call selection and dispatch, customer acquisition and retention, driver hiring, performance tracking, and scheduling a 24/7 operation.
- Must be an outgoing, self-motivated, goal-oriented person.
- Control of updated inventories of vehicles, motorcycles, yachts, etc
- Make sure we get all the daily truck Inventory log and four pictures of the trucks every morning.
- Make sure all the trucks are kept upright.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

- Homestead, FL 33033: Relocate before starting work (Required)
