Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team at Roadwin Parts. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • PROVIDE EXPERT PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of truck parts and accessories, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • CLOSE SALES: Effectively communicate product information, address customer concerns, and negotiate sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • SALES AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS: Demonstrate strong sales and negotiation abilities to close deals and build long-term customer relationships.
  • INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE: Have a solid understanding of the heavy-duty trucking industry, including current market trends and customer needs.
  • TEAMWORK AND INDEPENDENCE: Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team while also maintaining independence to manage sales activities and prioritize tasks.
