ROAM America is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Full Time & Part-Time Seasonal Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Echo Island RV Resort. We are looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys creating special experiences, craves exceptionalism, and has a passion for the outdoors. Position Overview
As a Guest Experience Specialist at Echo Island, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, helping them feel welcomed and ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable stay. You'll assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, while providing helpful information about the resort and local area. This role is crucial to maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction, so attention to detail, professionalism, and a love for hospitality are key. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoy making lasting impressions, this role is for you.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations, process bookings, and cancellations
- Dress professionally and wear assigned uniform
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-ins, and provide resort information
- Handle check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Process payments, provide receipts, and maintain accurate guest records
- Report any guest issues or abnormalities to management
- Assist with inventory management and cashiering duties
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Follow all service standards and procedures specified by the General Manager
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assist with any other duties as assigned
