What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Chef for Guest Ranch position at Roam Free Ranch?
PRIVATE CHEF
ABOUT THE HIGHTAIL RANCH
We’re not like other guest ranches. We are 1st Generation Bison ranchers with a passion for regenerating the American Prairie and sharing our part of the West with those brave enough to join us. With a focus on remaining incredibly intimate and curating custom stays for each group of guests, we average no more than 12-20 guests at a time in our historic refined homestead cabins. Our innovative practices spill over onto all aspects of the ranch, including the culinary experience we offer to every person who steps onto The Hightail. We focus on seasonality, locally sourced and foraged ingredients, and of course, regeneratively raised bison. We honor every ingredient, using cutting-edge techniques to bring out the inherent quality. If giving back to the land with fellow adventurers and trailblazers is what you’re looking for in a team, we invite you to apply for the experience of a lifetime.
