General Job Description: Kitchen Supervisor – Heart of House
We’re looking for a Kitchen Supervisor who’s as passionate about great food as they are about leading a high-energy team. As the heart of our kitchen, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining our high standards. Your main goal? Make sure our guests leave with a smile, thanks to the incredible food prepared by a motivated and talented team.
You’ll lead by example—guiding and inspiring our cooks to perfect their craft, while making sure our recipes and execution stay on point. You'll create a positive, fast-paced environment where everyone feels excited to contribute their best.
