What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wee-Bee Site Coordinator at Midtown Elementary position at Roane County Schools?
Child Care Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop a curriculum and program with the center's staff that meets state and federal requirements as well as parent's expectations
- Ensure a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for children
- Maintain student records in accordance with established enrollment procedures and guidelines
- Manage and support staff by making sure duties are performed according to state and federal guidelines
- Develop weekly schedules for staff
- Manage the facility by making sure the site is safe and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and orderly
- Communicate with families as to the development and progress of their child including discussing ways to address any learning or behavioral issues
- Document signing in and signing out of all students
- Collect weekly funds, issue receipts, and make bank deposits no longer than 3 business days after receiving funds
- Prepare up-to-date weekly financial logs
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
