As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care to include chemotherapy and other intravenous medication administration, hydration therapy, transfusion therapy, injection therapy, and peripheral, mid-line & central line management.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy and other intravenous medications in accordance with established protocols.
- Provide wound care, colostomy care, and patient education to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
