Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for Oncology/Infusion Services on a full-time basis. As an RN on this team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering chemotherapy and other intravenous medications, hydration therapy, transfusion therapy, injection therapy, and managing peripheral, mid-line, and central lines.
You will also perform suprapubic and Foley catheter changes, wound care, colostomy care, patient education, and follow-up care, as well as tracheostomy care. Strong assessment and intravenous access skills are essential for this role, as is advanced computer proficiency.
Requirements
- Current West Virginia license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Associate's degree from a college or university required
- Two years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong assessment and intravenous access skills
- Advanced computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Five years of clinical nursing experience
- Previous infusion/hematology/oncology experience
- Current certification as CRNI, OCN, BMTCN, or advanced intravenous therapy access insertion
