Job Summary
Assist the Middle College Director in all areas of the Middle College program.
Job Duties
Assist the Middle College Director in all areas of the Middle College program.
Provide academic advising for students in the Middle College program.
Assist the Admissions Office with student certification for the Middle College Scholarship.
Assist students with TSAC application and admissions documentation.
Maintain accurate records of current and prospective students.
Help organize and implement events such as recruitment, meeting with parents, cording ceremony, etc.
This position requires some evening and weekend events.
Main office is on the Roane County campus in Harriman, TN.
Requires frequent high school visits in and out of the service area.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience working with high school students.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability and commitment to work collaboratively with high school and college administrators.
Knowledge of Tennessee high school graduation requirements.
