What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loader Operator/Yard Worker position at Roanoke Concrete Products Co?
JOB REQUIRES REPORTING TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS
We are looking for a few full-time/Seasonal yard worker/equipment operators to assist with operations at our East Peoria, Roanoke, Pekin, Mossville, Henry, and Galesburg locations. The position will consist of loading ready-mix plant with the product, loading customers with products, assisting with maintenance, and other various tasks associated with day to day production. You will be required to travel to other locations to assist with other operations. Benefits offered for full-time employees
Requirements
- Heavy equipment experience desirable
- Have flexible hours
- Must be able to work night shifts if needed
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to perform manual labor
- Must reliable
- Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Be able to report to different locations to work if needed.
