Position Description

Job Summary :

Works with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain all non-mechanical systems.

Responsibilities / Duties / Functions / Tasks :

Completes small construction projects
Maintains and builds any cabinetry needed
Takes care of all window and shade repairs
Replaces glass
Floor tile installation
Acoustical tile installation
Works with other trades as necessary
Knowledgeable of standard practices, methods, tools and materials of the trade, including hazards and safety precautions.
Purchase and / or receive bids for trade related supplies and materials and handles the associated paperwork.

Education and Experience :

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Salary : $44,970 - $71,926
