Duties

- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery to maintain service quality and minimize errors
- Facilitate smooth operations by coordinating with kitchen staff and managing multiple tables efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check on customers regularly
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Contribute to team success by collaborating with colleagues and supporting a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food industry is required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
