Job title: Dishwasher

Salary/rate: $17- $24/hour, depending on experience and skill set.

About the role:
Properly wash and sort china and kitchenware. Keep dish area clean, well- organized and free of clutter. Properly dispose of trash at the end of shift. Support and promote the RFC culture of mutual respect and appreciation while efficiently performing assigned tasks consistent with Club standards.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with department policies and the Department of Health.
- Wash all china, silverware and kitchenware in dish machine or by hand according to established cleaning and sanitation standards.
- Collect and dispose of trash, boxes and crates from kitchen areas, empty, clean and re-line trash cans.
- Clean and organize dishwashing areas, receiving areas, trash areas and kitchen storage areas.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as set forth by the Roaring Fork Club.

Physical Requirements:
The physical qualifications listed are general requirements for the position. The actual exertion levels and frequency of the use depends on the specific task being performed.
- Must be capable of lifting 40-lbs, push 150 on a pushcart, in/out of walk-ins and in temperatures ranging from –10 degrees to 120 degrees.
- Requires the physical ability to stand for long periods of time, walk frequently, bend or reach to a height of 6 feet.
- Requires normal, corrected vision range and the ability to distinguish letters or symbols.
- Requires eye/hand coordination.
- Requires normal sense of smell, taste, touch and sound.
Work Conditions:
- Work is in an area which typically may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, indoor and/or outdoor service.
- Work may be performed in small areas with a 3-ft. access.
- Team members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull, grasp and navigate through wet slippery surfaces safely.
- Work entails chemical usage and knowledge of safe handling practices.
