About the Position :
Basalt High School is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Girls Soccer Coach to support our program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about soccer and dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the head coach and JV coach in developing practice plans and game strategies.
- Provide skill instruction and mentorship to student-athletes of varying skill levels.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among players.
- Assist in managing game-day responsibilities, including setup and strategy.
- Ensure player safety and adherence to school and district policies.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff.
