What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sign company Project Manager/Customer Service Representative position at Roaring Fork Sign and Lighting Company?
Work in our office and help answering phone calls and manage projects from initial concept to installation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and overseeing fabrication and installation. Must be proficient using Google Workspace (email, spreadsheets...) and Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud a plus (Adobe Illustrator).
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Facilitate clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
- Manage client expectations and address any issues or concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, fabrication, installation) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work with vendors and subcontractors as needed.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for signage projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
- Identify and resolve project issues and challenges.
- Implement solutions to ensure projects are completed successfully.
