">- Job Description: The Facilities Operations Technician is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of RFTA's facilities, including bus maintenance facilities, Rubey Park, RFTA bus stops, Employee Housing, Office buildings, and other facilities.
- Main Responsibilities: Performs repairs and maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, general/preventative maintenance, and repairs related to bus stops, landscaping, electrical, plumbing, and EAM software system.
- Requirements: A minimum of two years' experience in at least two of the following fields: painting, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, heavy equipment operation, or electrical. Must possess and maintain a valid Motor Vehicle Operator's License.
- Work Environment: This position requires working at various locations, including Carbondale, Colorado, and may involve working in extreme weather conditions.
