ROARK’s client, a growing manufacturing company investing in R&D and technology, seeks a CFO to lead Finance, Accounting, HR, and Administrative functions. This role involves complex forecasting, cost accounting, and strategic leadership to support growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Oversight : Direct finance, accounting, HR, and admin teams. Set goals, evaluate performance, and ensure accountability.
- Financial Strategy & Operations : Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in compliance with GAAP. Oversee cash flow, cost analysis, and bank covenants.
- Accounting & Reporting : Supervise GL, AP / AR, inventory, assets, and policy updates. Coordinate with external accountants / auditors.
- Administration & HR : Lead HR functions, compensation programs, and IT systems (including an upcoming NetSuite implementation).
