Key Responsibilities
- Leadership Oversight: Direct finance, accounting, HR, and admin teams. Set goals, evaluate performance, and ensure accountability.
- Financial Strategy Operations: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in compliance with GAAP. Oversee cash flow, cost analysis, and bank covenants.
- Accounting Reporting: Supervise GL, AP/AR, inventory, assets, and policy updates. Coordinate with external accountants/auditors.
- Administration HR: Lead HR functions, compensation programs, and IT systems (including an upcoming NetSuite implementation).
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Masters and/or CPA/CMA preferred).
- 10 years of senior finance experience (manufacturing sector strongly preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with NetSuite beneficial.
- Proven expertise in managerial accounting, cost analysis, and inventory control.
