Rob Brown - State Farm Agency, located in Bowie, MD, has an immediate opening for a Insurance Customer Service - Team Member. No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude.
The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction while helping us grow our agency. Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
