Responsibilities :
Welcome clients with a warm smile, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring they feel valued and directed to the right team member.
Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and streamline office communications.
Handle incoming inquiries, maintain client records, and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying their unique needs and presenting tailored insurance solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service, consistently following up on client needs and inquiries.
Assist the team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing diverse tasks effectively.

Licensing Requirement : Must possess or obtain a property and casualty insurance license prior to training start date
