What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Financial Aid Administrator position at Rob Roy Academy?
Rob Roy Academy is seeking an Assistant Financial Aid Administrator. This person will work directly with one of our Financial Aid Administrators to help facilitate the daily needs of the Financial Aid Department.

* excellent written and oral communication skills, collaboration skills and a strong commitment to supporting our prospective and current students and must protect the confidentiality of confidential/sensitive information.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Administer Title IV and all other Financial Aid programs
· Assist staff in maintaining contact with students and their families as they move through the Financial Aid application process
· Participate in annual Student Financial Aid audit and respond to other audits as needed
· Assist students and parents in completing FASFA forms; enter data and review resulting ISIR.
· Assist in the return of Title IV aid (R2T4) when applicable.
· Keep abreast of Federal and State regulatory changes and attend training seminars/conferences as needed
· Coordinate with other departments as they relate to Financial Aid, to improve the educational experience for our students
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
