WELL ESTABLISHED AUTO BODY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - FULL TIME POSITION WITH BENEFITS, 401K, MEDICAL, DENTAL & LIFE INS, HOLIDAYS, VACATION & SICK TIME
Essential functions:
- GREETS CUSTOMERS PROMPTL AND COURTEOUSLY - PLEASANT ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING!
- PREPARES ALL DOCUMENTS AND FILES FOR INCOMING WORK
- PROFESSIONALLY COMMUNICATES WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS
- PROCESSES PAYMENTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE INQUIRIES
- CHECKS IN VEHICLE AND NOTES DAMAGE WITH PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTATION
- LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS AND CLEARLY TRANSLATE REPAIR NEEDS
- NOTIFY CUSTOMERS WHEN VEHICLE IS COMPLETE AND READY FOR PICK UP/DELIVERY
- ANY OTHER TASKS ASSIGNED BY MANAGER
- Education, Experience, Skills, Training requirements:
- KNOWLEDGE OF CCC OR SUMMIT A PLUS
- PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE & COMMUNICATION
- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE
- EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS & ORGANIZATION
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: AUTO BODY OR AUTO MATERIAL DAMAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
