Finance Operations Assistant

Rob’s Roofing is seeking a Finance Operations Assistant to support our Director of Finance in ensuring accuracy and efficiency across financial processes. This role does not require a finance background, but it is preferred. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced, organized environment.

• Assist the Director of Finance with daily tasks
• Audit sales contracts for accuracy
• Support sales representatives with lender approvals
• Review commissions and project scopes
• Financial tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to support company production and operational efficiency

• Strong attention to detail – Accuracy is critical in this role
• Proficiency in Excel – Experience with financial tracking and reporting
• Salesforce experience (preferred but not required)
• Cross-department collaboration – Ability to work with sales, finance, and production teams
• Excellent organizational skills – Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Problem-solving ability – Able to identify and resolve discrepancies in contracts and financial data
