We are hiring a 440 Lic insurance agent- Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a full or part time position.
Salary is based on customer service and insurance experience Bonus.
This position will require the individual to assist the agency's customers & producers with new business like Auto, Homeowners and Commercial, policy changes, billing and renewals. Although the CSR role is mainly customer service, it also entails maintaining & re-shopping existing business. The individual will be expected to work in a prompt, accurate & courteous manner.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
