SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Hi-Grade Materials is currently seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for selling concrete, sand, and gravel by means of in-person meeting and telemarketing in the Riverside County and Inland Empire area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualified candidate will represent Hi Grade Materials in an assigned territory and will be responsible for the sale of the company's products or services to current and prospective customers consistent with the annual operating plan. The Sales Account Manager will develop relationships with customers that will foster loyalty and ensure that all customers receive the best possible customer service. This includes identifying competitive issues in the marketplace and developing strategies to maintain or increase market share, preparing daily sales reports and making recommendation for future changes in the company's product line or to the sales process for revenue and margin improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 yrs. experience with direct sales in a construction environment required
- 5 years of proven experience with prospecting, development of accounts and territory
- 5 years of proven experience with closing sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
- Must have a valid California driver's license and be able to pass a physical and drug test.
