Key Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with marketing
objectives and brand voice.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles,
videos, infographics, newsletters, and more.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like
LinkedIn and YouTube by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and
analyzing performance.
• Video and Multimedia Production: Collaborate on the ideation, scripting, and
production of video content, including short-form and long-form formats.
• SEO Optimization: Write content optimized for search engines, incorporating relevant
keywords and best practices to improve organic visibility.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on content performance metrics, providing
insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, engineers and other team
members to ensure content aligns with overall campaigns and goals.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and audience
preferences to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, or a
related role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and content
creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience creating video content (e.g., shooting, editing, scripting) is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
