Robbins Recruiting has partnered with a leader in the roofing industry who is seeking a self-starter Digital Analyst with expertise in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and other paid digital channels, including Meta Ads, retargeting, display advertising and other channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and measuring the performance of campaigns across all of our branches to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
\n- Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute PPC strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid social platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Performance Optimization:
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Implement retargeting strategies to maximize customer engagement and conversion.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform insights.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Create regular reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and web development teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media channels.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently across multiple markets and websites.
- 4 years of experience in PPC and paid digital media campaign management.
- Proven track record of driving conversions and achieving target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting strategies.
- Experience working with local ads for small businesses.
- Experience managing multi-location or franchise-based PPC campaigns is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budget management across multiple campaigns and geographies.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications preferred.
