Job Description:
Roberson Motors has an immediate opening for Express Lane Service Advisor. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Express Lane Service Advisor to join our team at Roberson Motors.. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers using our Express Lane service, handling routine maintenance and quick service needs efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, have a strong understanding of automotive services, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. *Wage to be discussed in the interview, varies based on experience.*
Job Details:

Assisting customers with scheduling appointments for express repairs or maintenance needed

Performing a vehicle walk-around, and obtain customer and vehicle information

Advising customers on any needed repair/maintenance work to their vehicle

Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

Establish follow up time

Oversee flow of service drive

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection

Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with Service Manager

Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
-
Keeping customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses
-
Verifies that final invoice matches with the work performed on repair order
-
Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system

Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor

Calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
Job Requirements:

Working knowledge of vehicle mechanics necessary
- Must be able to use a computer proficiently, including ability to communicate by email and operate programs such as Word and Google Docs

Ability to work with customers, technicians and sales staff in a professional and courteous manner

Ability to maintain excellent communication with customers as to the progress of repairs

Previous Experience preferred
