We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team! This opportunity will be the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about all of our products and services. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing a high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner
- Handling inquiries such as general product information, technical issues, and pricing
- Take ownership of thoroughly understanding the features and benefits of all the consumer products and services we offer
- Stay up to date on all pricing, procedures, promotions, tools, and systems used
- Clearly provide customers with product and service information
- Resolve customers' concerns and/or complaints promptly and professionally & identify and escalate any priority issues
- Enter customer information into the Customer Database (Salesforce)
- Making cold calls to prospective customers
- Making proactive calls to existing customers for next service appointment date
- Provide follow-up customer calls when necessary

- Must demonstrate computer literacy; including, but not limited to: strong typing skills, speed, accuracy, and the ability to learn and use computerized systems
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school education or equivalent
- Must speak English
- Previous customer service experience in a service industry
