Job Description
PST (Process and Solution Team) expert for PP module.
Job Responsibilities
- Be contracted to BBM M2S PST team as PP expert
- Support plant to solve technical issues
- Join in cross-functional business and problem investigation
- Assign to project team
- For process consulting and definition
- For support in migration and testing
- During Go Live and Stabilization
- Lead PIA or join in PIA as M2S PST expert
- Actively join in new requirement discussions
- Deploy standards
- Drive process improvement to bring benefits to Bosch plant
- Collect user regional requirements, raise to BBM team to find solutions.
- Share information with PST members in other regions as well as with BBM Plant ICO and BBM Key User Community. Willingness to engage in knowledge and information exchange.
- Actively communicate with other BBM functions (e.g., Projects, Development)
- Provide information on process network together with PM / PD about newly developed BR and process changes on a regular basis (e.g., sprint information)
- Identify training needs and provide expertise for training measures in close collaboration with PM / PD and the BBM qualification network
- Min. bachelor’s degree (informatics, logistics, industrial automation, or similar)
- Willingness to travel and work for project assignments is mandatory
- Has working experience in SAP PP module user business and daily troubleshooting support, project, or consulting.

Support user error
For analyses or data cleansing activities
Initiate or participate in Genba, health check

Knowledge / Skills :
Soft Skills : Communication, English, presentation, process analysis skills, error analysis, passionate about change and new challenges.
SAP : Technical SAP knowledge, SAP process overview, UBK RM knowledge, authorization basic concepts.
Project Management : Basic IT project management / coordination skills.
Process : Business process overview with PP process.
