Base pay of $15.00 - $18.00 an hour with an excellent commission package.
Responsibilities
- Answer / respond to inbound customer calls and emails in a timely manner
- Follow up on all leads and maintain continuous communication with customers
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure that customers are taken care of
- Document and update records of sales activity
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and / or telemarketing preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to use company programs and technology proficiently
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-hire drug screening
