The Robert C. Byrd Clinic, on the campus of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, is seeking full-time Nursing Assistants for our Family Practice Department.
Position Summary:
Perform direct and indirect patient care activities as delegated by the Pod Leader, including but not limited to:
- Accurately obtain and record vitals and room patients
- Review and record patient quality metrics using the EHR
- Set up patient rooms
- Clean exam rooms
- Schedule appointments
- Complete referrals
Requirements:
- Prior patient care experience highly preferred
- Strong computer skills, preferably with experience on an Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform
- Strong customer service skills
- Current BLS Certification, or ability to obtain upon hire
