Job Description
We offer on-site housing, training, and opportunities to work in the vineyard, cellar, and lab. Our team is committed to sanitation practices and SOPs to produce top-quality wines.
You will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of sub-appellations within the Napa Valley and experience the different expressions of terroir within each.
Responsibilities
- Collecting samples for maturity evaluation
- Fruit receival, managing fermentations, laboratory work, and barrel work
- Extensive cleaning and sanitation
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- At least one full harvest or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Basic math skills
- Forklift experience
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
