This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in every aspect of wine production. Your responsibilities will include collecting samples for maturity evaluation, fruit reception management, fermentation supervision, laboratory analysis, and barrel work. You'll also have the chance to develop your skills in forklift operation, press operation, tank dig-outs, and extensive cleaning and sanitation.
The internship typically commences at the beginning of August and lasts approximately 3-4 months. During this time, you'll reside in a small, modest house at the winery, which is rent-free but requires maintenance by the occupants.
