Robert D Yoseph CPA PS has been in business for 27 years in the Spokane Valley. We are currently seeking a full time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal individual will be experienced in answering phones, directing calls, managing the front office, handling intake and outflow of client documents and assisting our accountants as needed.
Duties
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet clients and direct within office
- Monitor and document incoming and outgoing client documents
- Schedule appointments and take meeting notes
- Monitor calendar and make sure meetings are confirmed and paperwork is in order.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Willing to take direction and learn new tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
