Commission range is $80,000 to $150,000 with a 90 day salaried training period.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and understand their automotive needs and preferences
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
• Demonstrate use or operation of the vehicle, including all features and technology included with the purchase
• Guiding customers through the sales process, including test drives, discussing financing options, and negotiating prices
• Transferring inventory on the lot to support the sales team
• Customer service call to help the customer or redirect the call
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Through training learn how to file necessary paperwork related to the sales process, such as contracts and agreements, is completed accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating with the sales team and dealership staff to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
