Robert Hadley Associates is seeking a highly skilled Law Firm Operations Coordinator to support our team in Rockville Centre, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our law firm, including coordinating cases, managing files, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with our attorneys to develop case strategies, gather and analyze evidence, and coordinate witness testimony.
In addition to your exceptional organizational skills, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as experience using legal database software and tasking systems.
A paralegal certificate or extensive experience in personal injury litigation is preferred but not required.
