Robert Hadley Associates, a leading New York State Personal Injury Law Firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years' experience handling various liability cases from inception through trial.
The successful candidate will possess strong multitasking, organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
This role involves working closely with attorneys to develop legal arguments, documents, and pleadings, as well as drafting motions and other case filings.
Responsibilities include requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical bills and records, assisting with trial preparation, including lining up witnesses, preparing jury instructions, exhibits, and verdict sheets, responding to discovery, and e-filing pleadings.
An excellent knowledge of litigation procedures, experience with legal database software, and tasking system are also required.
