Our client is a very well-known boutique law firm that specializes in catastrophic medical malpractice cases in search of a litigation associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of relatable experience. Responding candidates must have personal injury experience with an emphasis on medical malpractice cases and be thoroughly familiar with all litigation processes from intake through appeal. Candidates must have experience with discovery, taking and defending depositions, a motion practice, excellent writing skills, and have 1st or 2nd chair trial experience or the desire to try cases.
