**Personal Injury Paralegal Position**
Located in Rockville Centre, New York.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation and the ability to work efficiently with attorneys to develop legal arguments and documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with attorneys to draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other case filings.
• Organize and review medical bills and records for accuracy.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including lining up witnesses, preparing jury instructions, and creating exhibits and verdict sheets.
• Respond to discovery requests and prepare correspondence and pleadings for e-filing.
• Oversee cases through final disbursal.
Requirements:
• Paralegal certificate or extensive experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in legal database software and task management systems.
