Title : Client Service Associate

Location : San Jose, CA 100% Onsite

Salary : $90-110k base Bonus (~20%)

Key Responsibilities :

Run performance reporting and analyze contribution and attribution effects.s
Run back-office reconciliation processes and provide a high level of service to sophisticated clients.
Support web-based conference calls and provide international banking operational support.
Support portfolio rebalancing and monitoring and assist with implementing and monitoring compliance processes.

Qualifications :

5 years of experience within the financial services industry.

Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a small, versatile environment and willingness to take on multiple roles.

Experience with Salesforce, and ideally Black Diamond / Advent.

A strong preference for candidates who have worked with either Schwab or Fidelity and possess Series 7 / 65 or CFP.
