Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough security analysis and asset allocation to optimize investment performance.
- Perform compliance-related and operations-related tasks, adhering to SEC requirements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Director of Investment Management and Chief Compliance and Operating Officer on investment operations to drive results.
- Help maintain perfection in all operational processes through meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Extremely detail-oriented and committed to following company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Series 65 license or equivalent (or willingness to obtain it within the first 6 months of employment).
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with account custodians such as Schwab or Fidelity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; knowledge of Dynamics 365, trading platforms (e.g., Tamarac), or project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a positive demeanor, and a passion for learning new software and technologies.
