110,000 - $140,000 (flexible depending on experience) bonus

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the investor relations mailbox, providing a high level of service to Limited Partners (LPs).
- Maintain precise records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Handle LP account maintenance, including transfers, overdue capital calls, and contact updates.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of materials for investors, such as quarterly letters.
- Support the fundraising process by managing data rooms, distributing and processing subscription documents, and ensuring CRM accuracy.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives, including annual meetings, compliance, co-investments, and business development tasks.
- Provide administrative support across all areas of the business, ensuring operations run smoothly.
