Robert Half’s client is seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP ECC6 in collaboration with our client’s German based parent company.. This role requires a strong focus on change management, business-side advocacy, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The SAP Project Manager will act as a critical liaison between the parent company’s implementation team and the local organization to achieve a successful go-live, currently slated for February of 2026.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end SAP ECC6 implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals, timeline, and budget; Collaborate closely with the client’s parent company in Germany to align project activities, milestones, and deliverables; Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation; Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks or issues promptly.
- Change Management : Lead change management initiatives to support smooth adoption of SAP ECC6 across the organization; Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training programs; Foster a culture of collaboration and readiness for change within the organization.
- Business Advocacy : Act as the primary advocate for local business-side needs throughout the SAP ECC6 implementation; Liaise between the parent company’s implementation team and local business stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented; Drive alignment of the SAP solution with business goals and operational needs.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams, the parent company’s implementation team, third-party vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution; Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates and gather feedback; Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote project buy-in and support.
