Your primary responsibilities will involve processing customer service requests, coordinating services, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with customers and vendors.Responsibilities:• Accurately process and handle customer service requests in a timely manner• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding costs and estimated time of arrival• Prepare service estimates, finalize billing processes and manage payment collection• Maintain a high level of customer service while interacting with customers and vendors, in accordance with training• Use sales skills to address customer objections and persuade prospects to choose our service over competitors• Relay sales information to interested prospects and forward contact information to an Inside Sales team member when necessary• Identify priority issues and route calls to the appropriate resource• Work collaboratively in a team environment, offering support to other team members.
