As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with handling customer interactions, resolving emergent or maintenance needs, managing customer requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of the service events.Responsibilities:• Efficiently manage customer interactions and swiftly resolve their maintenance needs• Handle on-demand customer requests and offer necessary product and service information• Communicate effectively with a wide variety of vendors within the network• Create estimates and obtain customer approvals as required• Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resources• Manage multiple projects or service events simultaneously, maintaining productivity• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of new computer or mobile programs• Achieve individual production targets and assist the team in reaching monthly budget requirements for service events.
