Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
- Help with reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts.
- Aid in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist with processing and coding vendor invoices.
- Help manage and reconcile AP accounts, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Coordinate with project managers and vendors for invoice discrepancies.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
- Assist with Job billings and collections, receivable forecasting, banking, cash flows, and prequalification information.
- Assist with monthly closings - reconciliations for accounts payable, accounts receivable and job cost reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in construction or a multi-company environment.
- Knowledge of Timberline preferred.
- Experience with accounts payable and general ledger functions.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and HR tasks is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
