Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes.
- Accurately maintain and manage General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare and record complex journal entries.
- Operate and manage various accounting software systems.
- Handle financial services using ADP.
- Utilize CL programming for accounting tasks.
- Manage travel and expense reports using Concur.
- Oversee ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for accounting functions.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform auditing tasks and maintain balance sheet account.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary
- Knowledge of Cl Programming is essential
- Experience with Concur is a must
- Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is preferred
- Ability to perform various Accounting Functions is required
- Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
- Experience with handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential
- Proficiency in Auditing is a must
- Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account is required
