Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Conduct regular check runs, including cutting checks
- Carry out account reconciliation activities
- Handle and manage expense reports
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial procedures
- Perform General Ledger work and Journal entries
- Work collaboratively with the inside sales team to address issues with customers that are behind
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and invoice processing tasks
- Record and book payroll entries, collaborating with the HR department when necessary
Requirements
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential
- Demonstrated ability to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must
- Familiarity with Billing procedures is necessary
- Proficient in Data Entry
- Experience with Invoice Processing is needed
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel is crucial
