Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.Responsibilities:• Execute data entry tasks related to all Hawaii-related payables, including agency expenses and media production invoices.• Assist with external vendors and internal managers' inquiries regarding the accounts payable process.• Properly code invoices to the correct general ledger account code for accurate record keeping.• Prepare weekly priority payment lists to ensure timely and organized payments.• Handle other related duties as assigned, adhering to company procedures and policies.• Use Microsoft Excel and NetSuite to manage and analyze financial data.• Keep accurate records of customer credit applications and customer credit records.• Respond to customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts for any necessary action.• Perform account reconciliations to validate the accuracy of transactions.• Process customer invoices efficiently, adhering to company's billing procedures.
