We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in SAN FRANCISCO, California. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be tasked with maintaining the financial records of our company, including conducting bank reconciliations, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and using Sage Intacct software. Responsibilities: • Conducting regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and correctly posted.• Managing Accounts Payable (AP), which includes processing invoices and payments.• Overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR), including recording deposits and handling customer inquiries.• Using Sage Intacct software to maintain accurate financial records.• Assisting in catching up with any financial backlog, such as unrecorded transactions from previous months.• Collaborating with the team to ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.• Resolving any discrepancies or issues related to the company's financial records.
