As an integral part of the finance department, the Accounting Clerk will handle a variety of financial tasks, including accurate data entry, accounts payable, and administrative duties.Responsibilities:• Efficiently process various transactions related to accounts payable such as bills, expense reports, and credit card charges.• Accurately manage identification, coding, and submission of invoices for all payable accounts.• Ensure timely completion of all payments by verifying transaction information, scheduling and preparing disbursements, and obtaining payment authorization.• Handle high-volume data entry tasks with exceptional precision.• Perform regular administrative tasks including filing, digital record keeping, and report generation.• Use QuickBooks to effectively manage and organize financial data.• Utilize Microsoft Excel for generating financial reports, preparing budgets, and analyzing data.• Assist in additional accounting projects as required.
